Your assigned parking information will be provided before or at move-in.
Can I rent an additional parking space?
Yes! Additional parking spaces may be available to rent starting at $100 per month, subject to availability. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and pricing.
Is guest parking available?
Yes. We offer ample visitor parking conveniently located throughout the community.
Visitor parking is complimentary during the day. Overnight visitor parking is available for $2 per hour, with a maximum charge of $10 per night.

Do you have courtesy patrol?
Yes. Vineyards has a courtesy patrol team onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The team assists with community policy enforcement, responds to resident concerns, and helps address after-hours issues. Residents can contact courtesy patrol when the leasing office is closed for non-emergency community-related concerns.
Please note that courtesy patrol is not a substitute for emergency services. In the event of an emergency, always call 911.
